A lot has happened but it is just in the last two days that I feel I may have hit a breakthrough. I've found them in the research. My small group of children who have a hard time with attention and handwriting. They do poorly in school because they can't keep up, can't write notes - but show average or above average intelligence. They are often the "don't live up to their potential" - "seems lazy" boys. In Scandinavia there is a body of research - over the last 20 years - in a condition which doctors and psychologists there diagnose as DAMP (deficits in attention, motor control and perception).
